Susan has over 20 years of experience in the dental field. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice and has gotten to know many of our long-term patients over the years on a first-name basis. Susan says she loves working in this office and is proud to be a member of the Tri-City Family Dentistry team.
Maggie
Office Assistant
Maggie graduated with highest honors from Isothermal Community College in 2022 and quickly put her skills to work in our office. She also earned a certification in Patient Services, which adds to her ability to connect with and support our patients every day. Outside of work, Maggie enjoys going to the gym, running races, going to concerts, and traveling
Alexis, RDH
Dental Hygienist
Alexis has worked for Tri City Family Dentistry for over 2 years. She grew up here in Rutherford County and attended Central Piedmont Community College to earn her degree in Dental Hygiene. Her passion for oral healthcare is evident and her bright and bubby personality welcomes everyone that steps through our doors. Alexis’ hobbies include spending time with her husband, Shane and traveling.

Jennifer attended hygiene school at York Technical College and graduated in 2010. She enjoys providing compassionate and high quality care to our patients. In her free time, Jennifer likes to garden and spend time with her family.
Karsyn
Dental Assistant
Karsyn is a Rutherford County native and graduate from Central Piedmont dental assisting program as a certified dental assistant. She has been working in this office for almost 2 years now. Karsyn has a big passion for dentistry. She strives to help our patients and puts smiles on their faces every single day. In her free time, she loves to spend time with family and friends and travel.

Jessica is a native of Rutherford County an has been a dental assistant for 10 years. She enjoys building relationships with all kinds of people through working so closely with them in the dental chair. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family, cook and travel.

Dental Assistant
Our newest employee, Janet, provides excellent dental assisting as well as translation for our Spanishspeaking patients. Janet’s bubbly personality and welcoming disposition make our patients feel at ease when they visit this office. Janet comes from a very large family with established roots in Rutherford County. We are fortunate to have her on our team!
